§ 255-1040. Buffers and setbacks.

• A. The following buffer areas are to be left in their natural state during the life of the permit:

• • (1) Three hundred feet from any street line.

• • (2) Two hundred feet from any other boundary line.

• • (3) One thousand feet from any occupied dwelling.

• B. The entrance to the facility shall be landscaped in accordance with Article XVII.
