§ 260-35
Permitted uses
- A. The following are permitted uses within the PD Zone:
- (1) Single-family attached dwellings, including, but not limited to, duplexes and quadraplexes.
- (2) Off-street parking.
- (3) Signs (as provided for in Article VII).
- B. The following are permitted uses within the MUPD Zone:
- (1) Single-family attached dwellings.
- (2) Multifamily dwellings and duplexes.
- (3) Offices.
- (4) Health and fitness facilities.
- (5) Medical walk-in facilities/outpatient care.
- (6) Day care, day-care centers.
- (7) Off-street parking.
- (8) Signs (as provided for in Article VII).
- (9) Assisted living and long-term health care.
