Vision clearance
All developments, signs, landscaping and other improvements shall provide for clear, unobstructed vision for pedestrians and motorists entering or exiting any development.
- 1. Pertaining to street intersections and entrances or exits from parking lots, a three (3)-dimensional area between the height of three feet (3') and seven feet (7') for distance of thirty feet (30') from the corner (measured along the property line at intersections and at the curb for parking lots) in which nothing exists, is erected, placed, planted or allowed to grow in such manner as to materially impede vision.
- 2. Pertaining to residential driveways, the clear vision distance from the street shall be ten feet (10').
