Corner lots

For the purpose of complying with the provisions of article III of this ordinance, the shorter of the two (2) street lot lines shall be interpreted as the front lot line of any corner lot. All dimensional regulations of article III shall apply, except that the side yard which is adjacent to a street shall have a depth equal to one-half (½) the sum of the required side yard and front yard depths for the district.

On any corner lot, no driveway or accessway shall be constructed within seventy-five (75) feet of the intersection of two (2) street lines.
