Site Context Map

ARTICLE F. SITE CONTEXT MAP A map showing the location of the proposed development within its neighborhood context shall be submitted. The Site Context Map, which may be superimposed on an aerial photograph, shall be drawn to a scale of 1"= 400' or as necessary to show the area within 1,000 feet of the subdivision parcel. It shall show the locations of all streets, existing lot lines, and zoning district boundaries. Existing developed areas, open spaces, conservation areas, parks, wetlands, rivers and streams, agricultural areas, Rhode Island Natural Heritage Areas, flood plains or flood hazard areas, aquifers, and significant public facilities shall be indicated on this Map. Topography at 10-foot contour intervals (from USGS maps) shall be shown. A separate soils map of the surrounding area shall be prepared. If present, agricultural land as defined in Section I, Article D, and any very poorly drained soils shall also be shown on the Site Context Map.
