Waivers

Sec. 17.9. Waivers.

The Planning Board may grant waivers to the application of design standards in Article V of the Land Development and Subdivision Regulations, but may not grant waivers that are contrary to required standards contained in this Zoning Ordinance. Requests for waivers shall be based on the impact of the proposal on the quality of life.
