Swimming pools
Sec. 6.7. Swimming pools.
A swimming pool, including portable pools capable of containing a depth of thirty (30) inches of water, shall:
(a) Be enclosed by a fence, five to six feet in height, capable of restricting access.
(b) Have apron no less than four (4) feet in width.
(c) Be limited to side and rear yards only.
