Comprehensive plan: Appeals

• a. Any person aggrieved by an approval of a comprehensive permit for the construction of a low- or moderate-income housing project may appeal to the Rhode Island Supreme Court, pursuant to the provisions for an appeal as set forth in G.L. §§ 45-53-5 and 45-53-5.1.

• b. An appeal of a denial of a comprehensive permit, or the granting of a permit with conditions or requirements that make the building or operation of the housing project infeasible, may be filed with the state housing appeals board, pursuant to the provisions for an appeal as set forth in G.L. §§ 45-53-5 and 45-53-5.1.
