§ 82-1103.6

Signage standards

  • A. All signage within the Jamestown Village Special Development Overlay District shall conform to article 14, Sign regulations.

  • B. In addition to compliance with article 14, signage design within the Jamestown Village Special Development Overlay District shall be consistent with the guidance provided in "A Jamestown Vision: Pattern Book & Design Guidelines for Building in the Village, June 19, 2008" (as amended). The permit reviewing authority shall compare the contents of the proposal with the signage and awnings section to determine whether there is consistency between the application and the village guidelines.
