The standards below apply any time these uses require a special use permit per section 82-601, Uses and districts.

• • A. Repair activities: Limited repair activities must be conducted within a building.

  • B. Location: Repair activities must be located to the side or rear.

  • C. Storage: All materials must be stored within a building. Vehicles that are not actively under repair or for sale/rent, or vehicles that are used as a source for parts, must not be stored on the site.
