- A. Setbacks: Proximity of any active recreation portion of the site to any property line associated with a residential dwelling existing at the time of application for a special use permit (other than a dwelling occupied or owned by the applicant) or to any residentially-zoned property, must not be less than 100 feet.
- B. Buffer: A landscaped buffer area of 25 feet in width must be provided between recreational ballfields and any abutting residential property.
