§ 82-1220

Charitable or fraternal organization

The standards below apply any time this use requires a special use permit per section 82-601, Uses and districts.

    • A. Meals: Meals may be served on the premises for members and their guests only.

    • B. Accommodations: Overnight accommodations are prohibited.

    • C. Parking screening: Parking shall be screened along interior side and rear lot lines with a solid fence or wall, a minimum of six feet and a maximum of eight feet in height. Alternatively, or in combination with a fence or wall, evergreen shrubs or trees a minimum of four feet in height at time of planting shall be planted along interior side and rear lot lines or along any required fence or wall.

    • D. Parking accessibility: Parking shall be located in the side and rear yards of the property, behind the building(s) and parking plans shall provide safe pedestrian circulation with clearly marked crosswalks from each parking area to the building entrance(s).
