General prohibitions

The following signs are prohibited in all zoning districts, unless otherwise conditioned below:

• • A. Animated signs. Temporary signs erected for the purposes of protecting public health and safety pursuant to section 82-1402 E may be animated where conducive to those purposes.

  • B. Billboards.

  • C. Interior-lighted signs.

  • D. Posted signs.

  • E. Roof signs.

  • F. Trailer signs.
