The standards below apply any time this use requires a special use permit per section 82-601, Uses and districts.

• • A. Buffer: A landscaped buffer area of 25 feet in width must be provided between such use and any abutting residential property.

  • B. Setbacks: Any building must be located no less than 50 feet from any abutting residentially zoned property.
