Notification

The zoning board of review shall give public notice of the date, time, place and purpose of each public hearing, as well as the street addresses of all subject properties, at least fourteen (14) days prior to the date of said hearing in a newspaper of local circulation.

At least fourteen (14) days prior to the hearing, the notice shall be posted in the City Clerk’s Office, one (1) other municipal building in the City, and shall be accessible on the municipal website homepage.

(1) The applicant and property owner of the subject property;

(2) All owners of real property whose property is located in or within not less than two hundred (200) feet of the subject property, whether within or outside of the city;

(3) The city or town council of any city or town to which one (1) or more of the following pertain:

(a) Any portion of the city or town is located in or within not less than two hundred (200) feet of the subject property; and/or

(b) There is a public or quasi-public water source, or private water source that is used or is suitable for use as a public water source by that city or town, within two thousand (2,000) feet of the subject property, regardless of municipal boundaries; and

(4) The governing body of any state or municipal water department or agency, special water district, or private water company that has riparian rights to a surface water resource and/or surface watershed that is used or is suitable for use as a public water source and that is within two thousand (2,000) feet of the subject property, provided however, that the governing body of said state or municipal water department or agency, special water district, or private water company has filed with the building inspector a map survey, which shall be kept as a public record, showing areas of surface water resources and/or watersheds and parcels of land within two thousand (2,000) feet thereof.

(5) Affidavit of mailing. For all notices sent by first-class mail the sender of the notice shall submit a notarized affidavit to attest to such mailing. The cost of newspaper and mailing certification shall be borne by the Applicant.

15.6-1 [Notice of Decision.] All parties who received original notices of public hearings shall also be notified of the zoning board of review's decision, including any and all stipulations

15.6-2. Special-use permit and variance application submitted under unified development review shall be heard and noticed in conjunction with th subdivision of land development project application, in accordance with the requirements of RIGL45-23-50.1.
