Uses Not Mentioned

Any land use not specifically or conditionally permitted in a district is hereby specifically prohibited from the district.

However, a proposed land use that is not specifically listed may be presented by the property Owner to the Zoning Official pursuant to Section 13.5 of this Ordinance to request a written determination of whether the proposed use is of a similar type, character, and intensity as a listed permitted use. If the use is determined to be of a similar type, character, and intensity as a listed permitted use, the proposed use shall be considered a permitted use in all districts that the underlying analogous permitted use is allowed and shall be subject to the same conditions as the underlying permitted use.
