Notification

The zoning board of review shall give public notice of the date, time, place and purpose of each public hearing, as well as the street addresses of all subject properties, at least fourteen (14) days prior to the date of said hearing in a newspaper of local circulation.  Notice of a public hearing shall be sent by first class mail to the appellant and to all involved parties, including the zoning officer or other agency from whom the appeal is taken.  Notice of the appeal shall also be transmitted to the planning board. Notice shall also be given in the same manner as required by Section 15.6 of this Ordinance. The full cost of such notification shall be borne by the appellant.
