108. Review by Planning Board The Zoning Ordinance will be reviewed periodically by the Planning Board or whenever deemed necessary by them or when there has been a change to the town's comprehensive plan that would require a change in this Ordinance. The Planning Board shall then make such recommendations, as it deems appropriate to the Town Council. In no case shall this review be made less than once every two (2) years.
