312. Average Front Yard Depth Where the average front yard depth of adjacent existing structures is less than the minimum required in Article II, section 204, the main structure may be placed at a depth from the street lot line, which is the average of adjacent structures. Garages and accessory structures shall be brought no closer than 25 feet to a street lot line.
