611. Special Use Permits for Signs The Board, as provided for in Article V of this Ordinance, may grant a special use permit, provided that all other requirements of this Ordinance are met, to allow any particular sign to be increased in area by 40 % over the requirements in this Article, provided that the total area of all permitted signs on the building does not exceed the maximum permitted sign area by more than 30 %.
