Nonconforming Signs

610. Nonconforming Signs Any sign which lawfully existed and was maintained at the time this Ordinance became effective, may be continued. Maintenance, repairs and changing of sign faces are permitted provided that there is no change in area, height, setback, projection or lighting of the existing sign.
