213. Design Specifications:
Institutional In all Institutional zones, no building facades shall be constructed with cinder block, dryvit, stucco, aluminum or vinyl siding. All facades shall be in brick, wooden shingle or clapboards. Prior to approval of any construction plans, the applicant must submit a rendering of the building and photographs of surrounding properties in order to insure that the structure will compliment and be in harmony with surrounding properties. In addition, all plans must be accompanied by a landscape plan that includes 5% of the property as landscaped, not including buffers from surrounding residential properties.
