Effective Date

109. Effective Date This Ordinance is in effect on the date of passage by the Town Council, said date being, December 6, 1994 and all amendments thereafter. All other zoning ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed on the effective date of this ordinance.
