211. Corner Lots For the purpose of complying with the Section 204 of Article II of this Ordinance, the shorter of the two street lot lines shall be interpreted as the front lot line of any corner lot. All dimensional regulations of Article II shall apply except that the side yard which is adjacent to a street shall have a depth equal to one half of the sum of the required side yard and front yard depths for the district.
