Used Clothing

308A. Used Clothing Any used clothing (as defined in Article XIII herein) being sold by an individual, corporation, partnership or other business entity within the Town of North Providence, by way of Special Use Permit issued to him/her/it, shall not be sold by said individual, partnership, corporation or other business entity until said used clothing has been thoroughly cleaned by way of a dry cleaning procedure, laundromatic procedure or other similar procedure, prior to sale.
