A. Application The DD Downcity Overlay District is intended to regulate the design of buildings and open space in the historic core of Downtown. The DD Overlay District is located entirely within the D-1 District.

B. Development Plan Review and Approval Development in the DD Overlay District is subject to Development Plan Review and is approved by the Downtown Design Review Committee.
