1916 ZONING CERTIFICATE FOR COMPLIANCE A zoning certificate for compliance is required for any action undertaken for which conformance to this Ordinance is required, but that does not require a building permit under the provisions of the Rhode Island Building Code. For example, when new areas of pavement do not require a building permit, a zoning certificate for compliance indicating conformance to all provisions of this Ordinance is required.
