1713 DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT The Director of the Department of Planning and Development, or his/her designee, has the following powers, pursuant to this Ordinance:

A. To maintain and update the text and map of this Zoning Ordinance, and to make the Ordinance available to the general public.
