1716 I-195 REDEVELOPMENT DISTRICT COMMISSION ORGANIZATION AND PROCEDURES The I-195 Redevelopment District Commission is established in accordance with Rhode Island General Laws 42-64.14-2. For any property located in the D-1 zone or ES Overlay District that is also located in the I-195 Redevelopment District, the I-195 Redevelopment District Commission shall serve as the Downtown Design Review Committee.
