DOWNTOWN DESIGN REVIEW COMMITTEE

1704 DOWNTOWN DESIGN REVIEW COMMITTEE The organization and procedures of the Downtown Design Review Committee are delineated in Section 1715 below. The Downtown Design Review Committee have the following powers, pursuant to this Ordinance:

  • A. To make final decisions on development plan review applications where required by this Ordinance.

  • B. To make final decisions on applications for waivers and incentives in the D-1 District, as applicable.
