1710 DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS The Director of the Department of Public Works, or his/her designee, has the following powers, pursuant to this Ordinance:

• A. To make final decisions on right-of-way encroachment permit applications.

• B. To make final decisions on curb cut applications.
