702 DIMENSIONAL STANDARDS Table 7-1: Institutional District Dimensional Standards establishes the dimensional standards for the institutional districts. These regulations apply to all uses within each district unless a different standard is listed for a specific use.

Maximum Building Height	75’ with following setback/height sliding scale:  When a residential district is located on the opposite side of the street, then 30’ height at lot line then 1’ additional in height for each 1’ additional setback up to 75 ’. (Figure 7-1)  When abutting a residential district, then 40’ height at lot line for 30’ setback then 1’ additional in height for each 1’ additional setback up to 75’.
