1506 SCREENING OF PARKING LOTS FROM RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS Where a parking area in any district abuts a lot in a residential district, the parking area shall be screened by a solid wall, a uniformly painted tight board fence, or a hedge of compact evergreens or other suitable plantings. Such screen shall be at least four feet in height, and erected and maintained between the entire border of such parking area and the property in the residential district. (Figure 15-3)
